Professional Learning

MASA believes leaders must continually improve their practice. Our multi-tiered professional learning platform features a variety of conferences, workshops, online learning, and networking opportunities to meet the individualized needs of our members. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from the Minnesota Board of School Administrators are available for most MASA professional learning options.

MASA is a state affiliate of the American Association of School Administrators (AASA).
Our organizations work is collectively on educational issues of national importance.

Women's Leadership Network

MASA Executive Development Committee
The Executive Development Committee works with the association staff to support excellent professional development for MASA members. Committee members assess member needs, review current services, explore possible additional services, and review the bylaws and recommend changes when appropriate. The Committee will also advise and inform the process of planning conferences, workshops and other means of providing a diverse and meaningful menu of learning options.
