Members of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators now have access to 24/7/365 urgent and crisis communication services.
This service, available at no extra cost through our partnership with the Donovan Group, enables MASA members to work directly with school communication experts to respond to urgent and crisis situations in the schools and communities. The Donovan Group’s team helps you gather the facts, determine who you need to engage first, and communicate quickly and accurately when time is of the essence.

How to use the serviceTo receive the assistance you need, please call 651-615-8165 or email mncrisis@donovan-group.com. An experienced school communication professional will help guide you through managing communication around the issue facing your school or district.


Along with live counsel over the phone, you can get custom parent and staff letters, news releases, media statements, social media posts, talking points, and other written content, as needed.


These services are included with your MASA membership and are available at no extra charge. There is no limit to the number of times you can use the service.
