MASA members are invited to register for the 2026 MSBA/MASA Day at the Capitol scheduled for Monday, March 9, at the Minnesota History Center.
Members from MSBA and MASA will gather to network, learn, and hear from Minnesota’s education policy and finance decision-makers.
Appointments with your district’s legislators will be scheduled for you! If you are not able to attend a meeting that day or have a limited time frame for that day, you will need to email teamgr@mnmsba.org to let event coordinators know prior to the event. Some school districts may be combined with other school districts in the same legislative district meeting.

When: 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2026 (check-in, breakfast, and networking begin at 8:30 a.m.; program begins at 9:00 a.m.)
Where: NEW LOCATION! Minnesota History Center (located at 345 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102)

“Know Before You Go” Webinar
A “Know Before You Go” webinar will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 2. This webinar is designed to equip attendees with everything they need to know for a successful Day at the Capitol experience.

Registration Information

Registration fee: $95.00 (walk-in/late registration fee: $115.00)

What’s included: The registration fee includes parking, meals, refreshments, shuttle bus, and prescheduled meetings logistics.

Registration deadline: Online registration closes March 2, 2026.

Day of Event Walk-ins are welcome (walk-in/late fee: $115.00); however, they will not have MSBA pre-arranged meetings with legislators unless others from their district pre-registered.

All registrations should be coordinated through the district office.
