In fact, in the private sector, where coaching has been embraced for years, the return on investment for coaching exceeds 600%. The individualized and situation-specific nature of coaching makes it a valuable resource for leaders at every stage of their career, regardless of their industry, experience, or current circumstances.

Our Executive Coaching Selection Process
In the fall of 2023, MASA issued a request for proposals (RFP) for executive coaching services to provide our members with access to vetted, high-quality coaching resources. We received a strong response from several business partners who submitted proposals for consideration. After careful review, we selected organizations that each offer unique strengths and qualities that can help you find a good fit that aligns with your needs.
