Matt Hillmann, Ed.D. (he/him/his) Cell/Direct Line: 952-715-8737 Dr. Hillmann's Biography Dr. Matt Hillmann serves as Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA), providing leadership for the association's advocacy, professional learning, and member support efforts on behalf of Minnesota's school leaders. With more than 30 years of experience in public education, Dr. Hillmann has served as a coach, teacher, principal, district administrator, and superintendent. Prior to joining MASA, he served as Superintendent of Northfield Public Schools from 2016 to 2026. His broad leadership experience gives him a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing school leaders across Minnesota.
