MASA Business Partner Badge
Showcase Your Partnership with MASA
The MASA Business Partner Badge recognizes organizations that support Minnesota school leaders through an active partnership with the Minnesota Association of School Administrators.
Eligible partners may display the official annual MASA Business Partner Badge on websites, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and digital communications to highlight their commitment to public education and educational leadership.
Each badge is customized to reflect the partner’s current partnership level and school year.
Why Use the Business Partner Badge?
The MASA Business Partner Badge helps organizations:
- Demonstrate their partnership with Minnesota’s statewide association for school leaders
- Showcase their support for public education
- Increase visibility and credibility with educational audiences
- Highlight their commitment to serving school districts and educational leaders
The badge serves as a visual symbol of your organization’s partnership with MASA during the current school year.
Available Badge Levels
MASA issues annual badges for eligible partnership levels:
- Premier Business Partner
- Executive Business Partner
- Leader Business Partner
Each badge includes:
- Official MASA branding
- Partnership level designation
- Current school year
- Annual verification of active partnership status

Who Receives This Benefit?
Authorized badge usage is included with the following Business Partner levels:
- Premier Partner
- Executive Partner
- Leader Partner
Partners may use the badge for the duration of their active partnership term.
Approved Uses
The MASA Business Partner Badge may be used in the following ways:
Digital Marketing
- Company websites
- Landing pages
- Digital advertisements
- Social media profiles and posts
- Email signatures
Print & Promotional Materials
- Brochures and collateral
- Event materials
- Trade show displays
- Presentation slides
- Sales and marketing materials
Business Development Materials
- Proposals and bid submissions

- Partner communications
Usage Requirements
To maintain consistency and protect the integrity of the MASA brand, partners must adhere to the following guidelines.
Use the Badge as Provided
- Do not alter, recreate, or modify the badge.
- Do not change colors, proportions, or design elements.
- Do not add additional graphics or text within the badge.
Maintain Clear Visibility
- Ensure the badge remains legible and unobstructed.
- Provide sufficient clear space around the badge.
- Use approved file formats supplied by MASA.
Use Current-Year Badges Only
The badge is updated annually and may only be used during the applicable partnership year.
Badge usage rights expire at the conclusion of the applicable partnership year. Organizations must remove expired badges from websites, marketing materials, and digital communications upon expiration of their partnership or upon issuance of a new annual badge.
Important Restrictions
The MASA Business Partner Badge may not be used:
- In a manner that implies MASA endorsement of a specific product or service
- To suggest certification, accreditation, or approval by MASA
- In political, misleading, or defamatory materials
- In connection with organizations that are not active MASA Business Partners
Partnership recognition does not constitute endorsement by the Minnesota Association of School Administrators.
