Join Minnesota's premier gathering of public school superintendents and educational leaders at the 2026 MASA Fall Conference. The Exhibit Fair provides a unique opportunity to build relationships, showcase your products and services, and connect with decision-makers from school districts across the state.
At MASA, exhibiting is more than staffing a booth. We encourage exhibitors to participate in conference sessions, networking events, meals, and social gatherings to maximize opportunities for meaningful conversations with attendees.
๐ Exhibit Information
Exhibit Fair: Monday, September 28 • ๐ 10:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Booth Set-Up: Monday, September 28 • ๐ข 7:30 – 10:15 a.m.
- Regular Booth: $850
- Premium Booth: $900
- Early Bird Discount: Register by August 10 and receive $100 off your booth registration.
- Business Partner discounts are also available based on your partnership level.
The exhibit hall is located on both the upper and lower levels of Town Hall at Madden's Resort. Attendees circulate throughout both levels during the dedicated exhibit time and conference activities. To maximize your opportunities to connect with attendees, we encourage exhibitors to participate in conference sessions, meals, networking events, and social activities throughout the conference.
๐ ๏ธRegistration Window
Current business partners are now able to register during the priority registration window until July 26th. On July 27th, all available booths will be able to be purchased by any company.
Current MASA Business Partners receive discounted booth pricing as one of their membership benefits. Premier Partners receive one complimentary booth, Executive Partners receive 50% off, Leader and Fellow Partners receive 25% off, and Friend and Key Partners receive 15% off one exhibit booth. Simply log in using your MASA Member Compass account to register—your eligible discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No discount code is required.
Please note there is a $75 cancellation fee for any cancellations. Cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted to the Association in writing by August 28, 2026. No refund will be given to exhibitors canceling after August 28, 2026.

Each exhibitor booth registration includes one Monday lunch ticket.
If you are staying at Madden's Resort, breakfast and dinner are included with your lodging package.
If you are staying off-site and would like to join us for meals at Madden's, additional meal tickets are available for purchase through the Exhibitor Portal after your booth registration is complete.
- Breakfast: $30 per meal
- Dinner: $70 per meal
Meal tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available for purchase on-site.
๐ Exhibitor Prize Drawings
Participate in our exhibitor prize drawings to encourage attendee engagement throughout the Exhibit Fair!
- At 3:15 p.m. on Monday, one exhibiting company will be randomly selected to receive a complimentary booth at the 2027 MASA Spring Conference.
- The winning exhibitor will then draw the recipient of the conference Amazon Gift Card from the entries collected at their booth.
- MASA will provide drawing slips and a collection container for each exhibitor booth.
- If your organization is holding its own prize drawing, please bring your prize and drawing container to the designated drawing area at 3:15 p.m. We will announce your winner at that time.
Please note: All exhibitor giveaways and prize drawings must comply with Minnesota's gift law. Promotional giveaways intended for individuals should have a value of $5 or less. Door prizes exceeding this amount must be awarded to a school district, not an individual attendee.

Representatives & Meals
- Up to four booth representatives are included with each booth registration.
- Additional representatives may be added for $45 each.
- Additional lunch tickets may be purchased through the Exhibitor Portal after registering.
- Exhibitors staying off-site who wish to attend breakfast or dinner may also purchase meal tickets through the Exhibitor Portal.
Booth Services
- Electricity may be ordered through MASA after booth registration.
- Additional booth furnishings and freight services are available through Cenaiko Expo Inc.
- Shipping instructions will be provided through the Exhibitor Portal and exhibitor communications.
Conference Information
- Company logos, descriptions, and representative information are managed through the Exhibitor Portal.
- An electronic attendee list will be distributed to exhibitors prior to the conference.
- Please complete all required Exhibitor Portal tasks by September 11 to ensure your information is included in conference materials.
How are booth spaces assigned?
Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis through online registration. Current MASA Business Partners receive priority registration before registration opens to the public.
When can I set up my booth?
Monday, September 28
- 7:30–10:15 a.m.
- Booths must be completely set up by 10:15 a.m.
When can I dismantle my booth?
Booths may not be dismantled before 3:30 p.m. on Monday. All materials must be removed from the exhibit hall following the conclusion of the Exhibit Fair.
Where do I ship booth materials?
Shipping instructions and storage information will be provided through the Exhibitor Portal and exhibitor communications in August.
How do I order electricity or booth services?
Electricity may be ordered through MASA after registration. Additional booth furnishings and freight services are available through Cenaiko Expo Inc. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Portal.
What if I need to cancel?
A $75 cancellation fee applies. Written cancellations received by August 28, 2026 are eligible for a refund less the cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after August 28.
What happens if MASA cancels the conference?
If the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond MASA's control, MASA will determine the amount of any exhibit fee refund.
What do I need to know about lodging?
Lodging is not included with booth registration. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own lodging reservations.
What meals are included?
Each booth registration includes one Monday lunch.
If you are staying at Madden's, your lodging package includes breakfast and dinner.
If you are staying off-site and would like to join us for breakfast or dinner, meal tickets must be purchased in advance through the Exhibitor Portal. Meal tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.
Can exhibitors attend conference events?
Yes! Exhibitors are welcome to participate in conference sessions, networking events, meals, and social activities. We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to connect with attendees throughout the conference.
What is the conference attire?
Business casual.
Can I participate in the golf tournament?
Yes. Exhibitors are welcome to participate in the Dale G. Jensen Classic and other conference activities. Registration information will be available through the Exhibitor Portal.
Booth Requirements
- Booth displays must remain within the assigned booth dimensions.
- Displays may not obstruct neighboring booths.
- Exhibitors must confine all activities to their assigned booth space.
- Booth locations are assigned at registration and may not be relocated.
- Pipe and drape may not be moved or altered.
- Booths may not be dismantled before 3:30 p.m. on Monday, September 28.
Exhibit Hall Expectations
- Audio-visual equipment, sound, and lighting must not interfere with neighboring exhibitors.
- Use of the MASA name, conference logo, or branding is prohibited without prior written approval.
- MASA reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits that detract from the overall character of the conference.
- MASA has sole control over all conference admission and exhibitor policies.
Food & Beverage
- All food and beverages distributed during the conference must be provided or approved by Madden's Resort. Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval.
Conference Activities
- Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in conference sessions, meals, networking events, and social activities throughout the conference.
- Meetings, receptions, demonstrations, or other activities may not be scheduled during official conference programming without prior written approval from MASA.
Gift Law
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with Minnesota's gift law.- Promotional giveaways intended for individuals must have a value of $5 or less.
- Door prizes exceeding this amount must be awarded to a school district, not an individual attendee.
Liability
Exhibitors assume full responsibility for any losses, damages, or claims arising from their participation in the conference and agree to indemnify and hold harmless MASA, Madden's Resort, its owners, management company, employees, agents, and representatives from any such claims.Refreshment & Dessert Breaks – $1,000
