Beth Smith has worked with Minnesota school districts and the MASA, MASBO, and MSBA P-Card partnership since 2016 and helps districts implement and optimize purchasing card programs. PFM’s national P-Card program serves more than 1,000 clients and supports over $400 million in annual spending.
