Milliken Opportunity: Transformational Leadership Academy

MASA is working in partnership with Milliken to host a Transformational Leadership Academy for MASA Board Members and Advanced Leadership Academy Participants at their corporate headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The academy has been highly successful in other states and has seen over 5,000 school leaders participate. We are grateful to Dave Bahr, an MASA business partner from Hiller, who recommended we consider this opportunity.

Milliken will cover all academy costs, except for participant airfare. The experience is designed to help school leaders navigate challenges in public education through insights from Milliken’s transformation, focusing on leadership, continuous improvement, innovation, and branding strategies.
