This registration is for individuals who have been accepted into the 2025–2026 Minnesota Aspiring Superintendents Academy and have received an email invitation to register.

This year’s cohort brings together educators from across Minnesota who are exploring the superintendency as a potential next step in their leadership journey. Through a series of two-day sessions in Little Canada, participants will engage in learning on leadership development, communication, school board relations, decision-making, community engagement, interviewing, contract negotiation, and more. Facilitated by experienced administrators and experts, the program equips participants with the skills and insights to lead a school district.
