MASA members are invited to join our next EdTalks session! Superintendent Ludvigson will introduce strategies and behaviors that lay the foundation for navigating conversations to foster connection rather than division. The session will cover developing relationships, diagnosing communication issues, identifying warning signs in a conversation, maintaining focus on important issues, creating shared meaning in conversation, and moving forward without confusion. Throughout these topics, Superintendent Ludvigson will emphasize the importance of building relationships and maintaining a mutual purpose.
This session will be recorded and posted on the MASA EdTalks webpage. CEUs will NOT be provided. There is no cost to attend.
About our presenter Daniel Ludvigson is the superintendent of Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Public Schools. He has been a superintendent since 2017 and has worked in rural districts during his educational career. He has served as a foster care liaison, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) coordinator, 504 coordinator, and president of a special education unit. Daniel presents frequently on communication, hard conversations, and building positive relationships.
