Registration Discount Deadline: Exhibitors who register by February 5th will receive a $100 discount towards the cost of their booth, prices will increase by $100 on February 6th.

There is a $45 surcharge for each person more than your allotted four (plus lunch tickets if needed). This is to offset the cost of refreshment breaks. We will ask for your representative names when we send your confirmation information closer to the conference date. • Electronic conference app access • Complimentary WiFi access
In addition, MASA Business Partner Members receive priority registration during January 8 – January 21 along with a discount on their exhibit booth fee.
Electronic mailing labels listing conference participants will be emailed to all registered exhibitors on Thursday, Feb 29.
There’s an app for this! All conference materials will only be available via our conference app(exhibitors may have handouts at their booths). Exhibitors can customize their profile with logos, QR codes, etc. Social media allows announcements. An interactive exhibit hall map has multiple features, including meeting scheduling. More information will come with your confirmation.
Please note... MASA and MASE have sole control over all admission policies. Exhibiting at MASA conferences is open to any business whose products and values are in alignment with MASA’s mission. MASA expects our exhibitors to: • Conduct business with integrity • Comply with all aspects of the exhibitor agreement • Treat MASA members, and other exhibitors respectfully
MASA Business Partner members receive priority registration through January 21, after which registration is available to anyone interested.
Exhibits are not to exceed the 6x8 booth dimensions. No part of an exhibit may obstruct the view of adjacent exhibits. Exhibitors must confine their activities to their booth space.
Use of the conference logo is prohibited.
Audio-visual sound and lighting must not interfere with adjacent exhibits.
MASA and MASE reserve the right to restrict exhibits that detract from the general character of the display.
**No meetings/activities/socials are allowed during association events without prior written approval of MASA.
All shipments and deliveries must be made at the loading dock area. No freight will be allowed into the hotel from the main hotel entrances. Arrangements for large or heavy items should be made by the Exhibitor with Chrom Exposition Services. You will receive info with your confirmation regarding this closer to the conference date.
No displays may be dismantled or packing started before 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 14. Exhibitors must see that all materials are removed from the Exhibit Area by 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 14.
The hotel is unable to provide storage. Shipments of exhibit materials should be prepaid and are to be shipped to Chrom. You will receive info with your confirmation regarding this closer to the conference date.
Any space not occupied by 9:45 am, Thursday, March 14, 2024 will be forfeited by the Exhibitor, and the space may be resold, reassigned or used by MASA without refund, unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have received the prior approval of MASA.
There is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted to the Association in writing by February 18, 2024. No refund will be given to exhibitors canceling after February 18, 2024.
In the event of cancellation of the exhibit due to fire, strikes, government regulations, or other causes beyond the Association’s control, MASA and MASE shall not be liable to Exhibitor for any damages resulting from failure to hold the Conference as scheduled, and MASA and MASE shall determine the amount of the exhibit fee to be refunded.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
Because of the gift laws we are asking those of you who are exhibiting to be sure that your booth giveaways comply with the gift law and have a limited value of $5 per individual. If you have a door prize to give away at the drawings on Thursday afternoon, the prize must be given to the school district, not to the individual.

Each booth space is allowed up to 4 representatives with their registration. Additional representatives may attend for $45 each. Booth registration includes Monday lunch for one person, additional lunch tickets may be ordered for $45 each.
Additional Equipment & Services: You will receive an exhibitor service kit from Chrom Exposition Services detailing additional furniture/display options, plus electrical, internet, and AV vendor services with your confirmation in February.
Lodging: Arrange your lodging by going to the Marriott website, or calling 877-303-1681. To insure the best rate and best availability, we encourage you to arrange your lodging by February 13.
Registration is easy: 1) Click on this link to go to the Results at Hand site. 2) Pick the space you’d like and click on checkout (Premium spaces are blue, regular are green, and grey are already purchased). Put it in your cart. 3) Enter all of your company information for the person responsible for booth arrangements. Click on cart/checkout. 4) Put in your credit card or Paypal information (you do not have to have a PayPal account). Exhibitors may not choose to be invoiced. 5) You will get a confirmation and receipt directly from Paypal. 6) You will receive a confirmation with more detailed conference information and Chrom Exposition Services order forms in February.
