The Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA) is now accepting applications for the 2023-24 Minnesota Aspiring Superintendents Academy. This program is designed for educators across the state who are considering the superintendency as a possible next step in their career path. The program provides a comprehensive experience that covers a wide range of topics, including leadership development, communication, school board relationships, decision-making, community engagement, interviewing and contract negotiation, and much more.

Please share with your members and anyone in your network who may benefit from this professional development experience. I have included a document with relevant information for you to share with anyone who may be interested. Thank you in advance for helping MASA spread the word about the academy!

2023-24 Session Dates

2023-24 Dates and Location (all sessions are Friday – Saturday):

On Fridays, we will typically meet from 9-4 and Saturdays from 9-3.
