The Minnesota School District Liquid Asset Fund Plus ("MSDLAF+" or the "Fund") is a comprehensive cash management program exclusively for Minnesota School Districts. The Fund was established in 1984 by the adoption of a Declaration of Trust by three Minnesota School Districts as the initial participants.

MSDLAF+ offers its participants a professionally managed portfolio with two share classes. The Liquid Class provides liquidity and unlimited checkwriting privileges while the MAX Class offers a competitive money market rate. Both classes stress "safety of principal" as the number one objective and the portfolio comprising both share classes is rated AAAm* by Standard and Poor's.

Additional fixed income investment products are available through the Investment Adviser to assist MSDLAF+ participants in seeking to maximize results.
