This month's topic is hosted by Region 1 "Establishing Healthy Board Relationships"

Each month, Great Start Workshop participants will be encouraged to "Check-in" by joining in an online discussion (via Go-To-Meeting) lead by MASA's regional leadership teams. Each MASA region will take turns leading the hour long "Check-in" discussion and planning content. Participants will be encouraged to invite their mentors to join the conversations as well. This program will provide a great opportunity for participants to meet their regional leadership teams, build their professional network and discuss any issues they are currently experiencing as they navigate through their first year.
