Minnesota P-Card System:
P-cards allow school districts to use a safe, secure and efficient method to pay for the expenses of the school district. Over 75 school districts use the P-Card system to replace the cumbersome invoice and check writing system used in the past. PaySchoolsProgram:
The PaySchool Program allows parents to pay for the fees associated with their student's education in an efficient electronic manner. It also allows school districts to separate funds received from parents and to designate them into the appropriate accounts of the school district. This electronic system greatly reduces the paperwork associated with the payment of fees for everything from athletics to hot lunches to activities fees. The PaySchool Program was developed in Minnesota by the Minnesota School Board Association and is endorsed by MASA. 651-645-6272
