We are pleased to announce that MN Association of School Administrators and National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) have formed a statewide partnership that provides public school districts the opportunity to save money and staff resources on the purchase of school classroom/office supplies, technology solutions, and industrial/construction equipment that is all awarded under a national competitive bid award process.

Through NJPA, a national contracting agency and cooperative purchasing program, MNASA members can now access a wide variety of supplies, furniture and equipment, and services at a discounted price. NJPA is able to offer low prices because of the combined sales volume of over 20,000 government, education and nonprofit members nationally. NJPA has established contracts with multiple nationally acclaimed vendors that market and promote NJPA contract purchasing opportunities to NJPA members.

The purchasing power that this partnership offers to MNASA members is considerable. Small school districts that normally do not have the benefit of high-volume purchases will have the purchasing power of larger districts. Larger districts will also benefit from increased purchasing power and time savings through this agreement.
